CLUE 15 - SOLUTION

This is actually just a cryptogram (notice that three letters repeat?) but maybe too short to solve as a straight cryptogram.

But, GC gave us a hint. Each frame from the Matrix was inserted at a specific time in the movie. The number of seconds' interval was significant:

Remember the page that discussed the pre-game activities on Friday? And how I said that we got a copy of "The Matrix" on DVD, and showed you some pictures of the cover of the DVD, and how GC told us to keep the DVD with us at all times? Well, I don't think GC expected us to have access to a DVD player but they did expect us - with the hint above - to figure out that we needed the "playlist" from the DVD to solve the clue. Here it is (click on it to see it full-size, then you'll be able to read it).
